  Helpful and friendly associates, very impressed by the service and willingness to help find the right purchase without being pushy. No problems with bringing in pieces for service under warranty. Staff very committed to ensuring custom ordered pieces are exactly as expected. Would recommend this location to others.

  The thing that I am so repulsed by is the way he tried to tell me that I was so lucky he was going to send it to get fixed! And he won't even charge me for the repairs. Excuse me? Are you joking? His behaviour in the situation was completely inappropriate. I had only worn the watch a handful of times on special occasions, and I intended to wear it to a special occasion next week. And now I can't.

  VERY disappointed with their customer service. I don't write reviews but I can't stop thinking about how mad I am. I brought my Fossil watch to replace the battery because I thought a jewelry store could be better trusted. While the gal tried to tell me that my necklace was too long and tried to sell me a new one, the gentleman emerged from the back with my watch, smashed to smithereens.

  I have many nice watches to wear, but this particular one was significant and now it's going to have a crappy Michael Hill crystal on its face and I will always be reminded of the smirk on that man's face whenever I wear it.
