  Wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible people who try to sell you expensive parts that are unnecessary and when you dont buy then they say they have just found some cheaper ones in the back. They laugh at your genuine questions and concerns and treat people with hearing impairment like dirt. Never will they get another nickel of our hard earned money.

  Knowledgeable staff, and good service, but the prices can be through the roof for hot tub parts, in my experience. I have found similar products cheaper at other stores. I was foolish enough to pay $180 for a 120 Volt GFI power cord for my spa. I really should've done my research, but I didn't have much of a choice due to my circumstances. $180 is pure insanity. After some research, $70-100 would be fair.

  Service was excellent! Friendly and accommodating. I have purchased a new hot tub. It was delivered and set up for me completely stress free. Very happy with the cove fire bowl and fireplace we have purchased from the Okanagan Home Center.

  Went in to buy some stove pipe today, Don explained how I could work with the parts I already had, and so the only cost was for some touch-up paint. I appreciated the practical advice. Thanks.
