    Beautiful new store with excellent service...Caroline was extremely helpful and kind with mum who is very ill and our shopping experience was truly special....ask for Caroline and enjoy the great furniture and decor...you won't be disappointed and your home deserves something new!

    I am giving four stars because Rosane was awesome when it came to answering questions and helping us when our couch was delivered and there was a flaw and making sure we were happy they ordered us a new piece and it’s on its way. No questions asked which in my eyes is great customer service. The gentleman who delivered our couch called when they were running behind and were nice and polite they set the couch up quickly and took all the packaging with them.

    The employees at Ashley in Penticton were quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave honest advice. They did their best to get me the best deal they could and to make sure I had options.
