    James did a fantastic job with customer service on a sale of a 40 in Sony TV. explained the warranty, sales conditions and helped with packing and loading.

    I've been a customer of the Big Box outlet stores in several places over the years. We recently bought a house in Summerland and i was able to purchase a nunber of items including some of the flooring I needed as well as lighting, draperies and a couple of area rugs in the Penticton store. I saved a lot of money in doing so. The staff . . manager and assistant manager were most helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience.
