  Called on behalf of my husband to order tires for his truck. Why do some service guys feel the need to talk down to a women. Explain things without being condescending. Ordered the tires anyways as my husband has been happy overall with the service work on his vehicle. Personally, not really not impressed with the customer service received on this call and would likely not deal there myself.

  Such a great experience. This was my 4th vehicle purchase from the Huber team and I wasn’t disappointed. I was tight for time to move from one vehicle to another and Ken and Glen went over and above to make it happen.

  I am so glad I found Rob at Huber Bannister Chevrolet in Penticton. I originally went in to inquire about a Chevy Spark but I was too late on that one. Rob immediately understood what I needed in a car and showed me the Chevy Sonic. What a little beauty she is too! I couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Rob. I recommend him highly and there is absolutely not one teeny tiny complaint I could make about his knowledge, friendliness, or patience and I do ask alot of questions. The Sales Manger, Derek, and Tom, who takes care of the finances, were also spot on. Having said all this, I encourage you to take a look at their wonderful car and truck lineup and drop by to have a chat with Rob. He's a great guy.
